Characters in our Film (Charlotte)

Character 1:
Name: Brian Muggs
Gender: Male
Age group: Teenager-young adult
Characteristics: Shortest one. Too big/too small clothing. Too much gear to the point of it being ridiculous and impractical.
Personality type: The dumb one. Overly trusting and naive. Butt of most of the jokes. Good hearted but easily fooled.
Justification: We have decided to have this character in our opening as he is one of the main characters and would appear for a majority of the film. We also think he would help as he would provide a lot of slapstick humour due to him being 'the dumb one'.

Character 2:
Name: William McKenzie
Gender: Male
Age group: Teenager-young adult
Characteristics: Tattoos. Piercing(s), tall/muscular?
Personality type: The ‘ard one. Think’s he is tougher than he is. Easily angered but quick to run from confrontation but deny that he is a coward. Named his gun Annabelle.
Justification: We have decided to have this character in our opening as he is one of the main characters and would appear for a majority of the film. We also think that a character that tries to be tough when he is actually a coward is a stereotype of a chav and can be made over dramatic to be funny.

Character 3:
Name: Edd Newell
Gender: Male
Age group: Teenager-young adult
Characteristics: Wonky smile/teeth, mismatching/incorrectly sized clothing.
Personality type: The joker. Loud and confident. Lazy. A lot of crude humour. Makes light of serious situations. Slightly selfish and self-absorbed.  A risk taker. Kinda stupid. Makes a lot of alcohol/drug jokes despite being a lightweight.
Justification: We have decided to have this character in our opening as he is one of the main characters and would appear for a majority of the film. A joker character would also provide the film with comic relief, as well as a method of putting the characters in stupid situations due to them being able to blame him.

Character 4:
Name: Lewis Harold
Gender: Male
Age group: Teenager-young adult
Characteristics: Cleanest one in group, superior uniform (corporal), tall, skinny.
Personality type: The leader. One to make plans and try and keep things organised. Often ridiculed for being a ‘pussy’ but is just the responsible one.
Justification: We have decided to have this character in our opening as he is one of the main characters and would appear for a majority of the film. He is also needed to be a voice of reason so that the film doesn't fall into complete chaos.

Character 5:
Name: Molly Baxter
Gender: Female
Age group: Young adult
Characteristics: Messy/curly hair, worn clothing. Shorter than the Lewis Harold character as a joke on the shorter one being in control of the taller one.
Personality: Strict and confident. Naturally rebellious. Always assumes they are in charge even if they're not.
Justification: We have decided to have this character in our opening as we need someone to set out main characters in our journey and act as a force for the characters to rebel against.

Character 6:
Name: Dave Attenbro
Gender: Male
Age: Middle aged/elderly
Characteristics: Greyed hair. Dark coloured trench coat/suit. Microphone. David Attenborough style voice.
Personality: Serious all the time. Tries to excuse stupid decisions by characters as good decisions and fails. Gets more and more tired at the film goes on.
Justification: We need a narrator for our mockumentary to introduce the story and explain plot points, and having a character that is essentially a parody of David Attenborough is a way to make it funny.
